What is CSET® Therapy?

CSET® Therapy is an innovative neuromuscular and connective tissue treatment approach designed to reduce pain, improve mobility and support functional recovery.

The therapy combines targeted electrotherapy, connective tissue techniques and movement-based rehabilitation principles to help restore natural movement patterns and improve tissue function.

CSET® Therapy has been used in private medical centers since 2023 as part of musculoskeletal rehabilitation and recovery support programs.

How Does CSET® Therapy Work?

CSET® Therapy focuses on the interaction between muscles, fascia, connective tissues and the nervous system.

The treatment aims to:

  • reduce muscular tension and pain,
  • improve circulation and tissue mobility,
  • support neuromuscular activation,
  • enhance functional movement patterns,
  • assist the body's regenerative processes.

Special applicator heads and targeted stimulation techniques are used to support movement recovery and rehabilitation.

Conditions We Treat

CSET® Therapy may help support recovery in cases of:

  • Neck and back pain
  • Sciatica and nerve-related pain
  • Shoulder and joint dysfunction
  • Muscle tension and restricted mobility
  • Sports injuries and overuse syndromes
  • Postural imbalance
  • Fascia and connective tissue dysfunction
  • Post-surgical recovery
  • Scar adhesions and tissue restrictions
  • Chronic musculoskeletal pain

Benefits of CSET® Therapy

Patients may experience:

  • Reduced pain and muscular tension
  • Improved flexibility and mobility
  • Better posture and movement quality
  • Enhanced circulation and tissue recovery
  • Improved functional performance
  • Support for rehabilitation and regeneration

Scar Therapy

Scar therapy is recommended after cesarean section and surgical procedures (from week 6).

Treatment focuses on:

  • improving scar mobility,
  • reducing tissue adhesions,
  • supporting circulation,
  • restoring tissue flexibility,
  • improving movement function around the affected area.

Scar treatment may help reduce long-term movement restrictions and discomfort associated with surgical scars.

Personalized Treatment Approach

Each treatment plan is individually adapted based on:

  • pain patterns,
  • mobility restrictions,
  • tissue condition,
  • rehabilitation goals,
  • and functional movement assessment.

The goal is not only symptom reduction, but restoring comfortable and confident movement in everyday life.

Important Information

CSET® Therapy does not replace medical diagnosis or emergency medical care.

Certain conditions may require medical consultation before treatment.

If you have implanted electronic devices, acute infection, fever or other serious medical conditions, consultation is recommended before starting therapy.
