CSET® – Nerve, Muscle & Fascia Therapy

CSET® (Controlled Spectrum Electrical Therapy) is an innovative therapeutic method combining targeted electrical stimulation with deep connective tissue and fascial mobilisation. The treatment is designed to reduce pain and tissue tension, support nerve and muscle function, and improve mobility.

What Conditions Can CSET® Therapy Be Used For?

CSET® Therapy may be used for neck, shoulder and arm pain, back and lower back pain, hip, knee and leg complaints, restricted mobility, sports injuries and rehabilitation, scar treatment, and selected pelvic floor complaints. It may also be used as a complementary treatment for neck and shoulder problems associated with headache or migraine.

Key Effects of CSET® Therapy

  • Pain relief
  • Reduction of muscle tension
  • Relief of muscle tightness
  • Reduction of connective tissue tension
  • Support of blood and lymphatic circulation
  • Support of cellular metabolic processes
  • Improvement of mobility
  • What is CSET® Therapy?

CSET® Therapy is an innovative therapeutic method developed in Hungary that combines targeted electrical stimulation with deep connective tissue and fascial mobilisation.

During treatment, a specially designed moving applicator is used to deliver targeted electrical impulses while the tissues are mobilised simultaneously. This allows the treatment to address connective tissue, fascia, muscles and neuromuscular function in an integrated way.

The aim of CSET® Therapy is to reduce pain and tissue tension, improve mobility, support nerve and muscle function, and promote physical rehabilitation.

The treatment is non-thermal: its therapeutic effect is not based on heating the tissues.

How is CSET® Therapy different from conventional electrotherapy?

    Manually guided, targeted treatment

CSET® combines targeted electrical stimulation with simultaneous deep connective tissue and fascial mobilisation using a specially designed moving applicator.

Unlike conventional electrotherapy, CSET® Therapy delivers electrical stimulation through a manually guided moving applicator, allowing the treatment to be continuously adapted to the targeted tissues and functional areas.

    Moving Applicator Treatment

The moving applicator allows larger areas, interconnected muscle groups and functional regions to be treated in a targeted manner, supporting mobility and physical function.

    Targeted Electrical Stimulation

Electrical impulses can be individually adjusted according to the treatment area and therapeutic goal, allowing targeted stimulation of muscles, nerves and surrounding tissues.

    Simultaneous Manual and Electrical Treatment

A distinctive feature of CSET® Therapy is the simultaneous application of targeted electrical stimulation and manually guided connective tissue and fascial mobilisation. This allows both forms of stimulation to be applied together during treatment.

    What Our Patients Say

"After 15 years of severe shoulder pain, my condition had worsened to the point where I could barely put on my coat. After the very first treatment, I already noticed an improvement: I could move my arm more freely and the pain was significantly reduced. I'm incredibly happy with the result."

    P. Miklós, (68)

"I injured my knee while exercising, and the pain did not go away for three weeks. I could barely squat or walk up the stairs. After two CSET® treatments, my condition had noticeably improved, and after the third treatment the pain was completely gone. I'm very grateful to be able to move without pain again."

    T. Ágnes, (54)

"Severe pain radiated from my neck into my arm, and three of my fingers became numb. After five CSET® Therapy sessions, the numbness had almost completely disappeared, the neck pain was gone, and I was able to move without pain again."

    K. János, (70)
