Rehabilitation Therapist, Physical Therapist

Developer of CSET® Therapy

For more than ten years, I have been working in rehabilitation, physical therapy, and the management of musculoskeletal pain. My work focuses on reducing pain, improving movement and function, and supporting patients in maintaining their everyday activities.

Building on my professional experience, I developed CSET® – Controlled Spectrum Electrical Therapy, a therapeutic method that combines targeted electrical impulses with deep connective tissue and fascial mobilization. During treatment, a specially designed moving applicator enables electrical stimulation and targeted tissue mobilization to be applied simultaneously.

I have been using CSET® Therapy in clinical practice since 2023. Rather than focusing solely on the painful area, I consider the interrelationships between the muscles, the fascial connective tissue system, neuromuscular function, and overall movement function.

What conditions do I treat?

I primarily provide CSET® Therapy for neck, shoulder and arm pain; back and lower back pain; hip, knee and lower-limb complaints; and restricted mobility. I also use the method as part of rehabilitation following sports injuries and to support the restoration of movement function.

A particular area of my work is the treatment of surgical and Caesarean section scars. My aim is to improve the mobility of the scar and the surrounding and deeper connective tissues, and to reduce tissue tightness and adhesions.

For headaches and migraines – following appropriate medical assessment – I provide complementary treatment for associated muscular and connective tissue complaints in the neck and shoulder region.

Professional and Research Activities

The development of CSET® Therapy is supported not only by practical experience, but also by objective measurements and patient follow-up studies.

Functional changes following the application of the method have also been investigated using objective muscle strength measurements. The results were presented at the 21st National Congress of Sport Science in Hungary.

In addition, we conducted a questionnaire-based follow-up of 100 patients who completed a five-session course of CSET® Therapy, examining changes in pain, mobility, and everyday functioning.
